About

Ana Aragão

Ana Aragão graduated as an architect at the Faculty of Architecture of the Porto University (FAUP, 2009), where she integrated the teaching team Scholarship-holder from FCT. She attended the PhD of the Department of Architecture of the University of Coimbra (2011-2014, not concluded).

Currently, Ana dedicates herself exclusively to drawing, exploring the theme of urban imaginaries and paper architecture. Her timeless hand-drawn interpretation of the urban world brings together the realm of architecture and that of fine details.

She runs her own atelier in Oporto since 2012.

She has artworks in private collections worldwide and in art collections of Institutions/Museums such as Centro Cultural de Belém, Orient Foundation Macau, Orient Foundation Portugal, Museu Nacional Soares dos Reis and National Society of Fine Arts.
